| This luxury 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located on Grand Reserve, a gated
community encompassing small lakes and conservation areas. The home offers
spacious accommodation for either two families, or one large family. The kitchen,
equipped with stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave has a large
circular table with seating for 4 and is open to the family room. A breakfast bar
with further seating for 3 seperates the kitchen from the family room. The family
room is light and airy, and has sliding doors out onto the pool and lanai. A
seperate lounge area offers a peaceful haven, where you can escape the noise
and relax with a book, or just to talk. The dining table has seating for 6 people,
and offers a more formal area to eat. A large master bedroom, with king bed and
en-suite bathroom, is situated off the family room, and has windows overlooking
the pool area. An archway off the family room leads to the family bathroom, a
further double room and two twin rooms. A small hallway leads to the utility room
with washer and dryer and door into the game room. A staircase leads to the
second master. Another large room with king bed, en-suite bathroom and
windows overlooking the front of the home. The large pool deck has plenty of
space for soaking up the sun, and overlooks a large green area. There is a large
covered lanai with two patio tables where you are able to dine al-fresco whatever
the weather. Located within 2 miles of exit 58 on Interstate 4,and close to the
prestigious golf courses of Reunion and Champions gate, this luxury home has it
